By accessing and using PlatPhorm Insights (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

The Service is provided by Platphorm News Network and is part of the broader PlatPhorm ecosystem.

PlatPhorm Insights provides web performance analysis tools including but not limited to:

• Core Web Vitals analysis
• SEO, AEO, and GEO optimization insights
• Accessibility auditing
• Security header analysis
• Carbon footprint estimation
• AI-powered recommendations
• API access for programmatic analysis

The Service is provided free of charge for standard use. API rate limits may apply.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to analyze websites you do not own or have permission to analyze at excessive frequencies
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Use the Service to identify vulnerabilities for malicious purposes
• Redistribute analysis data in a way that competes with the Service
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

The PlatPhorm Insights API is provided for integration and automation purposes. By using the API, you agree to:

• Respect rate limits (default: 60 requests per minute)
• Include appropriate attribution when displaying analysis results
• Not cache results beyond reasonable periods
• Report any security vulnerabilities responsibly

API keys may be revoked for violation of these terms.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Platphorm News Network and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Analysis results generated for URLs you own or have permission to analyze may be used freely for your own purposes, including commercial use.

The PlatPhorm Insights source code is available under open source licenses where applicable.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Analysis results will be completely accurate
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any defects will be corrected

IN NO EVENT SHALL PLATPHORM NEWS NETWORK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $0 for free users).

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via the site's RSS feed and on the homepage. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
