PlatPhorm Insights is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
We believe the web should be accessible to all, and as a web performance analysis tool, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of accessibility. Our commitment extends beyond compliance - we strive to create an inclusive experience that empowers all users.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
Our accessibility testing includes:
- Automated testing with industry-standard tools
- Manual keyboard navigation testing
- Screen reader compatibility testing (VoiceOver, NVDA)
- Colour contrast verification
- Mobile accessibility testing
PlatPhorm Insights is designed to work with:
- Screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack)
- Voice control software
- Screen magnification software
- Alternative input devices
- Browser extensions for accessibility
While we strive for full accessibility, there may be some limitations:
- Charts and visualizations: We provide text alternatives for all data visualizations, but complex charts may require additional context. We are working on enhanced accessible versions.
- Third-party content: Some embedded content from external sources may not meet our accessibility standards.
- PDF reports: Generated PDF reports are being improved for screen reader compatibility.
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of PlatPhorm Insights. If you experience accessibility barriers, please contact us so we can improve.
